Customer Billable Work Request
Please be advised that the requested work will incur a service request fee. Billable service work is charged as an initial fee for the first 15-minutes, any additional time will be charged in 15 minute increments.
Billable service requests will be completed during business hours. If an afterhours emergency service requests are required, Prices are available on enquiry.
The charges applicable are laid out below, please read these carefully and confirm your approval.
